TO PINE CREST INN FROM DUNN (#95 SOUTH)
 
From #95 South, take the Route 421 exit at Dunn,
N.C. Turn right at the off ramp and go straight
through Dunn and on through Erwin and Campbell
College to Lillington. At the light in Lillington,
turn left and continue on through the town of
Lillington.  Turn right at 24-27 and go
approximately 30 miles to Cameron.  At Cameron,
take the US #1 South exit and go through Vass and
on to Southern Pines. At Southern Pines, take the
Highway #2 West exit onto Midland Road. Proceed to
the Traffic Circle.

Go half-way around the circle and take the THIRD
exit off the circle onto Highway #2 West, also
known as Midland Road.  Midland Road is a double
laned road with a grass median.  The sign here will
read "Pinehurst Village Business District."  The
road will narrow in about a half mile.  One block
after it narrows, you'll see a sign on the right
directing you to "Village Shops".  Follow this
sign, turning here onto Fields Road to the right,
and then immediately left onto Cherokee Road.
After two blocks, you'll come to the Holly Inn on
your right, an old restored Inn.  At the far edge
of the Holly Inn property, you will turn right onto
Dogwood Road and find the Pine Crest a half block
down, facing Dogwood on the right.
