New Executive Chef
PINE CREST INN NAMES NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF
Mr. Lyndel Opozda has been appointed executive chef for Pine Crest Inn
Lyndel’s most recent position was kitchen and floor manager of The Hickory Tavern in Pinehurst. His past executive chef positions include Waxy O’Connors in both Ft. Lauderdale and San Antonio, The Island Grill in the Florida Keys, Copeland’s of New Orleans (Chef de Cuisine) and Latitude 35 in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Lyndel is known for his creativity and his desire to make every plate a masterpiece.
