Chef Bill Dill began his culinary career at the young age of 13 in his family-owned and operated catering business in New Bern, NC. He went on to attend and graduate from Johnson & Walkes University in Charleston, SC. He worked for the Pinehurst Resort for 6 years and has been with Pine Crest Inn for 5 years.
